(Dan Tri) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Donald Trump to announce details of the peace proposal that the former US President said he would implement if he returned to the White House next year.

In an interview with US media on September 19, President Zelensky called on Mr. Trump to provide details about the proposal he had announced he would make to mediate between Russia and Ukraine if he won.
Previously, Mr. Trump on September 17 told NBC News that, if he returned to the `hot seat` of the White House, he would be able to find a way to end the conflict, find a `fair agreement for everyone.`
`First of all, I don’t see any details of this plan. Of course the election is a year away. Of course, if he has some smart ideas, he can share
`He can share ideas publicly right now, without wasting time, without letting more people die. He can talk about how to look at it, how to push Russia out of its territory.`
`If his idea is to take part of our territory and give it to (Russian President Vladimir) Putin, then that is not a formula for peace,` he said.
Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war, Mr. Trump has repeatedly stated that the Russia-Ukraine war would not happen if he were still president and that he would end the conflict in 1 day if re-elected in 2024.
The former White House owner said: `I will tell Mr. Zelensky to stop and make a deal. I will tell Mr. Putin that if there is no deal, Russia will lose more. Then, in just 1 day I can
Mr. Trump also affirmed that if he returns to the White House, he will immediately reimplement the `America First` foreign policy, which emphasizes `peace and stability.`
`I want people to stop dying. This war should never have happened,` Mr. Trump said, referring to the Russia-Ukraine war.
In an interview last weekend, Mr. Trump mentioned choosing a side and said: `I’m on the side where no more people will die.`
Meanwhile, Mr. Zelensky repeatedly affirmed that Ukraine would never cede territory in exchange for peace or NATO membership.
He once admitted that the counteroffensive campaign did not happen as quickly as expected, but Ukraine will continue to attack regardless of adverse weather.
There are currently no signs that the two countries may soon sit down to find a peaceful solution to the war that has been `wasting people and money` for nearly 19 months.
On the other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin last week offered his support if former US President Donald Trump could resolve the Ukraine conflict within 24 hours if he was re-elected.
`Mr. Trump repeatedly said that he would resolve all hot issues within a few days, including the Ukraine crisis. That is a good thing,` President Putin said.
