Ukraine launched missiles and attacked the Russian fleet headquarters in a strategic military port
(Dan Tri) – The Governor of Sevastopol said that Ukrainian missiles attacked the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet today, September 22.

Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev announced that at least one Ukrainian missile attacked the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol on the Crimean peninsula today, September 22, causing a fire.
Sevastopol’s governor said another attack was possible and urged locals to stay away from the city center where the buildings were located.
According to Mr. Razvozhayev, some debris fell near a theater in Sevastopol.
On the same day, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that the Russian air defense system shot down two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Black Sea on the southeastern coast of Crimea and in the Tuapse area of the Krasnodar region.

The Tuapse regional government confirmed a UAV was shot down near Tuapse, but there was no damage to infrastructure or casualties.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky once threatened to destroy all ships of the Black Sea Fleet, and declared that expelling this force from its base in Crimea was Kiev’s top priority.
On the morning of September 13, Ukraine attacked with missiles and suicide boats on a Russian shipbuilding and repair factory in the port city of Sevastopol.
Sevastopol is home to the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, and the shipyard here plays an important role in helping Moscow build and maintain its ships.
Ukraine announced on September 14 that its military forces also used unmanned boats to carry out a successful attack on two Russian warships in the southwest Black Sea.
Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced on September 16 that the country’s armed forces will conduct more attacks with unmanned devices against Russian warships.
According to analysts, recent activities around Crimea are not random moves but are part of Ukraine’s larger counterattack effort.
Deputy Director of the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Agency (GUR) Vadym Skibitsky recently stated that Crimea is the key to helping Russia expand its influence in the region.
